I was met at the service entry bay with a smile as I arrived on time for replacing the front brakes. I enjoyed the complimentary Starbucks coffee while I waited. The total came to the exact price quoted even after checking the rear brakes which were deemed good for a long time. The car wash was excellent & very much appreciated. They have improved the time that it took for the general service. Last time, it was over 2 hours, this time was reasonable.

Service Department accidentally wrecked our vans backside. They stated they are going to fix it and compensate us. We are waiting for a response from them. Other than that, they have been very reliable. This review may change after we get made whole again.

I was originally quoted 560 for my maintenance on my car. I ended up paying 812.0 which I was not expecting it to be that much. And then they also told me it would take 5 hours to do the transmission flush, oil change and the dif fluids which I had to call and get a ride to pick me up because I wasn’t expecting it to take that long either. Had a 8 am appointment to fix my car. Was told it would be 2 and half hours to repair. Did not receive my car until almost 3 pm. I was told after 4 hours screws needed to install part broke and they were trying to find screws to fit. Communication needs to improve. I had to keep asking why it was taking so long to fix. No one was giving me updates without me always asking.

Excellent service on my 2015 Toyota Camry and 2019 Toyota Highlander. Worth the trip from McPherson to Salina. They are friendly and provide detailed explanations of work performed. Although I’m not in the market for a new vehicle, if I were I would strongly consider Conklin Toyota.
Service completed in a timely manner However no follow up on recommended additional service that was required. Service was to call and explain - no call received. I then Called to speak with service provider and person not available and no follow up to message that was left before the end of day.
The Conklin body shop crew took great care of us. They communicated well and explained the potential pitfalls as well as the process to restore our vehicle. They made it easy for us!
Got my car aligned and an oil change done in about an hour and a half. and did a thorough inspection to make sure there were no other issues that I needed to worry about 10 out of 10 will be going back again

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and when my vehicle was inspected they discovered I needed a battery change.
However when they called to ask about replacing it, the lady on the phone told me it’s “gonna be $371” I assumed this was with the oil change included since that what I initially made the appt for. However when I went to pick up my vehicle the total was actually $488. They conveniently left out explaining that the $371 was just for the battery. Was met promptly in the service bay and filled out paperwork, and service was completed in an appropriate amount of time.
I am disappointed that my husband had to pay $180 yesterday for a Toyota update. It seems that if Toyota is going to require an update, it should be complementary. Also, just the time that it takes for service is ridiculous.
Service Department was not prepared to handle recall repair on my vehicle. The recall repair was discussed while scheduling my routine service appointment.

My car was perfectly clean when it went in. However, they ran windshield wiper fluid out on the front and rear windows and it ran down and dried on the paint. The windows are spotted up and the paint has dried windshield wiper fluid on it. . Not impressed.

Service was very slow and not responsive. Employees went on lunch break and didn’t monitor progress of the car update - resulting me sitting at the dealership for an extra hour.
Lacy was very helpful with getting my car fixed quickly. I am traveling from Texas and called to Conklin to inquire what i needed to do. Lacy got my car in quick, fixed and back on the road. She kept me informed of what was going on. It was stressful as I was far from home. Lacy was wonderful and very nice!

The way service department treated my daughter was shameful. She had appointment but others were taken before her pushing back her completion time. Then they try to scare her saying she had oil leak. She parks on cement at her house and ours and no inkling of a leak. I can’t prove it but just because a female by herself brings in a truck for service does not give you a right to assume you can steamroll her by providing false information in a scare tactic.

I requested a new battery for my 2018 Toyota RAV4. The charge for the battery by Conklin was $266. I went to the genuine Toyota parts web site and it appears that battery should be $177 $200 max. So I am confused as I used the part number on the newly installed battery to look up the cost of the battery on the Toyota Genuine parts web site to get an exact match. They did the work well and finished in a reasonable manner. I could wait in their lounge area while they did the work. Alex was very helpful in getting me checked in and Lacey was friendly as well.
The service department was able to fit me in, however, they werent friendly or personable. Also trying to trade in this awful Corolla, and the salesman spent maybe 15 minutes with me, gave me two options, then showed me where the service door was. I had to wander around to find the waiting area. All in all, I wouldn't recommend as there isnt a good selection. And I wasnt taken seriously when trying to trade in this car. The service department fit me in, but the customer service was really terrible.

All the dealership tech ppl were courteous & knowledgeable as well. They knew their line of vehicles & therefore explained clearly what was needed to be done & exactly why!. I called and canceled my pickup for my oil change. They canceled the oil change and pickkup. Upon inspection they informed me the front tires were low tread and needed replacement. When I arrived at home one of the front tires looked low and it was checked to be 26 lbs not 32 as required. All the tires should have been checked for pressure and filled if needed. They obviously were NOT!
Snow storm with low temperatures killed my battery. It was only 2 years old and they were able to get me in on the same day and prorated the battery for warranty.
Friendly service department they listen to my needs and are prompt and communicate with me on any concerns they find while servicing my truck

Conklin has been a great dealer fo sork with to schedule service for my 24 Toyota Tacoma. The staff are polite and are good at keeping me informed, and reserving a loaner vehicle for me.
What can I say? They’ve done all of the servicing on my Toyota Camry for 14+ years. A great experience with great results. You can’t go wrong with Toyota or Conklin. I highly recommend them.

Recently took my truck in for service. The diagnosed problem wasn't completely explained to me. After paying and getting the report, I understood the repair could have been delayed for another day. I would appreciate better communication regarding the repair.

Their body shop did an excellent job of repairing our our Prius and handling all the insurance issues.
Conklin goes above and beyond to make the customer happy! They take a real interest in everything to do with buying a car. Trevette was a good salesperson and we felt very satisfied when we signed the dotted line. Javi was very prompt with the title work and explaining the extended warranty that we decided to buy.
I was surprised this dealership didn’t have a battery in their parts department. Very disappointing.
I have bought 5 new Toyotas from this dealership. Rhonda has always had my best interests in every transaction. The service department has taken good care of my vehicles over the years. I recommend Toyota and Conklin to all my friends.

I dropped my car off at 2:10 for a 2:20 appointment. I went outside at 2:45 and saw a car I thought was mine being pulled around. Since no one came to get me I thought it wasn’t at 3:28 I was brought my keys and it indeed was my car that had been sitting in front since 2:45.

Buyer beware. At Conklin Toyota, I was told I had to complete a credit application before they would provide an out-the-door price. Requiring a credit pull just to disclose basic pricing is unnecessary and a major red flag. I was ready to buy, but walked away due to the lack of transparency. Also, will be contacting Toyota Customer Experience Center.
